Tizami provides GPS vehicle tracking services through OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) devices. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
The OBD GPS tracking device is sold for R499.00 (including VAT). Delivery is free across South Africa. Devices come with a 12-month warranty.
The monthly subscription fee is R49.00 (including VAT), payable via debit order. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice.
You must provide accurate information when registering your vehicle, including your OBD device serial number and vehicle registration plate. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
Your location data is encrypted and secure. We do not share your data with third parties. You can access and delete your data at any time through your dashboard.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be affected by network coverage, device issues, or maintenance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Device purchases are final unless defective.
